Good news! The site should be functional again. We apologize for the delay.

** The site is still only pulling stats for people in NA but the new site will hopefully be done soon 👍 **

@NateOrlowski1 This is normal. Since we migrated the site to Bluehole's API we are in the process of redesigning the site. For now, time played is N/A for everyone.
As for the wins, do you play in other regions other than NA?

UPDATE: The site is now functional (this time for real)

After working with Bluehole we now have the site correctly pulling stats. These stats should be a cumulative representation of pre season and the current season. If you are still having issues, email us.

@ChazcCarnegy When we moved to getting stats directly from Bluehole, they require a region with the given gamer tag, which our current site does not have functionality for. (We can only search NA) The new site we are developing will allow different regions, so keep watch for our new update!

@Phinnnna You are still unable to get stats? We believe we have fixed the issue that was causing the website to get stuck on the loading screen. If that is what you are referring to, I would try searching again now and see if the problem persists

@PuzoMonster We pull our stats directly from Bluehole. As of now, we are only supporting NA region but that is changing here soon when we release the site redesign.
There was, however, a period of time where Bluehole lost some matches and were unable to recover them :/

@MarkAELSU @Amount_Paid Yes, there was an issue where only matches played was incrementing and because of that, other stats were becoming inaccurate. But that should not be happening after this last update. We are using Bluehole's API now instead of a third party.
Do you find it still doing this?

@MarkAELSU @Amount_Paid @MarkAELSU we are working on getting other regions more fully supported. Right now, only NA has full support but we will be adding regional functionality soon.

@Amount_Paid There was a period last week where Bluehole had issues recording matches. Unfortunately these matches are unrecoverable. The data we are displaying is coming straight from Bluehole.

@JoshHelaku Yeah unfortunately, according to Bluehole, there was a period last week where matches were lost and are now unrecoverable :/ so lifetime stats may be off but once we implement seasonal stats it should be accurate.
