@AliceNiamhPUNC I did a day in there Alice when I was on a cardiac ward last year (at torbay that is). They are the nicest people- made me feel so welcome and explained all the procedures to my etc. You will love it x

I've said it before and I'll continue to say it.

You can't be surprised students don't want jobs with you, if you don't treat them like a member of the team. The same goes for bank staff and people who come and help staff your areas.

Treat people with respect. It's not hard.

I think it’s high time the NMC reconsiders the 2300 placement hours for BSc Nursing Students.The pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to universities and local trusts with regards to clinical skills and placements.Students and staff Health & well-being do not look good.

saddens me to hear student nurses having bad experiences on clinical placement. I cannot understand the mentality behind the dislike of student nurses. Every nurse was once a student, and the only way to cure staffing levels is to train students. We are humans, too. #studentnurse
