@RevolutApp Unfortunately we've been advised not use any social media as they have taken over his accounts he is 80 years of age and doesn't have any social media anyway. Not sure the best way to proceed as I am his son and trying to sort this out for him?

@AskNationwide Hi cant use the mobile app - keeps complaining that there is a technical error and to restart App. I've checked the service status and it's all Green. Thankfully via PC website works fine

@AskNationwide Hi managed to fix it myself, it was related to the expired verification messages, I hit the biometric login and had to super quickly hit the messages button before the error popped up. I then cleared my expired verification messages and I was able to continue in the app.
