Power to the people, equal rights for all, and a government of, by and for the working class! Account run by @jonahwexler, @wallace_milner, and @AlexFranzblau
“Left wing parties were elected by large majorities, and attempts to spark divisions on the left by locking out one party betray the will of the people. We promise that any coalition lead by the PUML will be a truly left wing coalition.” 2/2
Statement from party leadership: “We reiterate our belief that a left wing coalition would be best for the people, and would represent the true will of the voters.” 1/2
The coalition government is already showing cracks. @PUGreens and @PUSocialDems should know better than to trust a corporate leader to participate in a socialist government.
@BrightGreenMP PUBG might have good intentions, but they’ve lost their souls.
Pro-immigration party working with an anti-immigration party (PUSD).
Eco-socialists working with corporatists (PUMP).
When you try to be everything, you become nothing.
@awsomeblox @PUSocialDems @marisaparty @PUGreens @WeArePUNN @bromptontribune If you were a PUSD/PUBG voted before, now is an opportune time to jump ship! #TryMarxism
MARISA runs a pro-capitalist party. The ruling coalition is in the pocket of Brompton Rich.
Do @PUGreens and @PUSocialDems have any regrets? Or was this their plan all along?
Either way, we’ll forgive their transgressions when we take power next election.
March Left! will lead in the battle against corruption by signing the “Anti-Corruption Pledge.”
By signing, our party pledges not to take funding from corporations.
Will your party sign, too? @PUGreens @PUSocialDems @marisaparty @PUPopularRally @PopulismUpdates @WeArePUNN
@PUGreens PUML! is happy to lead the way on Ranked Choice Voting, and we hope you’ll follow us in supporting it!
@PirateUpdates supports it, and so does your coalition partner @marisaparty!
The pursuit of secure elections must not become a tool to advance voter suppression. Too often, under the guise of security, politicians have instead limited voting access through poll taxes and voter ID laws.
PUML remains dedicated to giving workers a voice. We will be supporting electoral and political reforms aimed at taking power from the ruling elite, and giving it to the working masses.
Statement from party leadership: “we remain committed to working alongside @PUGreens and @PUSocialDems to advance common policies. But we find attacks on our party and it’s supporters reprehensible.“
During the campaign, the @PUGreens called for an “investigation” into the banning and alleged vote tampering of the @PURCP. Now they are content to write them off as criminals. Already, we see the corrupting influence of power.
Many PUBG & PUSD voters feel upset and betrayed right now. They didn’t expect that their government would be controlled by the Brompton Rich.
Have no fear, March Left is here!
Soon, we will release a series of policies and establish that we are the TRUE party of the left!
@PUGreens @PopulismUpdates The PUBG has shown its true colors today. You all may be satisfied with yourselves, but the voters will be the ones you answer to.
@PopulismUpdates Most people who voted for PUBG and PUSD did so hoping for a leftist coalition. Next election, they will have to pay the price for their betrayal of the base.
The people demand a government for the working class, not the Brompton Rich.
