The core of the issue is whether Dr. Seema Khanna used her high-level technical expertise to deliberately manipulate elections, or if her aggressive push for backend digitalization inadvertently broke the legal structure of India’s voting system. 2) Her elite background in Information Security from IIT Delhi allowed her to build a digital "black box". 3) she shifted control of voter rolls away from transparent, public local registries into a centralised Delhi data centre under her direct control. This, they argue, provided the backend capability to alter or delete voter names silently.3) backend software changes (like modifications to Form 6 processed via TCS). They view this as using complex technology to deliberately hide changes from the public eye. 4) highly sophisticated security expert designed a system that reduced transparency for local officers and the public, while centralising total control in her own department. This whole issue is so complex that it needs a cyber expert inquiry of highest standards by top court to prove the fraud . Hope justice will be done . Jaihind
