We had an awesome night at The Andy Haines Memorial Invitational, our final home track meet of the year, last night, finishing 5th place as a team out of a loaded 15 team field, with a true team effort! Thank you to everyone who was able to help out at the meet last night too!

We had a fantastic night at the West Union Invitational last night, with some great places and new PRs! The boys (and girls) also got a compliment from the Wendy's manager after the meet saying they were very impressed with how well behaved and polite our student-athletes were!

We had a great first invitational of the year at the RL Davisson Invitational on Thursday night!
We conquered some fears and set great baselines to build off throughout the season, finishing the meet in 7th place!
We are back in action on Tuesday at West Union!

Getting better starts NOW, not in the spring.

Any athlete that plans to participate in track and field this upcoming season needs to be at lifting after school from 3:15 to 4:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
