In honour of Halloween and Thanksgiving Matt Wyatt made a pumpkin cake. It contained lots of pumpkin, chia seeds and maple syrup and was topped with icing, dried cranberries and walnuts and was also vegan friendly. Delicious 😋🎃 #GBBO

Gabi made bakes inspired by Brazil's June Festival (Festa Junina) which is a celebration of Brazilian Rural/agricultural culture. Corn cakes topped with guava jam, along with 'brigadeiros,' which are classic Brazilian fudge sweets. #GBBO#BakeOff 😋🥞

Week 2- Mike made a lovely vegan Autumnal Spiced Apple Cake with Maple Icing, another nod to Bonfire Night, unfortunately this was eaten before before a picture could be taken!
