I ordered the first picture from @Tesco They sent the second picture as a substitution. I need the first picture to use the second picture. 😂 😂 😂 made my day.

Hi @AmazonHelp having a nightmare trying to return something I ordered through your site. The seller (Elfordson) has ceased communication even though they sent me the wrong item. Have allowed 4 days for a response. How do I get this issue resolved?
@AmazonHelp I’ve done return/refund and contact seller already. It said to allow 2 days then contact Amazon. I allowed 4, because they responded to my first line of communicated. They have not to the second.
@AmazonHelp Thanks, but this is not helpful. I have requested the refund/return. They have ceased communication. I now need Amazon to look into the issue. There is no “Problem with this order” option anymore.
