We still need to make bigger strides like getting more enrolled in college and retention rates

Why are we so crimeoriented and uneducated yet more black men are in college than jail and more black women are in college than white males?

Why are black people so lazy yet we are the poorest socio-economicly but not the highest group to use government assistance..
