🕊️ Freedom in Christ isn't permission to do whatever we want- it's the power to become who God created us to be.
Galatians 5:13 NIV
"You my brothers and sisters, we're called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love."
Paul reminds believers that Jesus set us free from the bondage of sin and the burden of trying to earn God's favor through works. But Christian freedom isn't self centered. Instead of asking , "What can I get away with?" We begin asking , "How can I love and serve others."
The flesh represents our sinful desires- selfishness, pride, anger, and anything that pulls away from God. Through the Holy Spirit, we are given the strength to choose a different path: humility, kindness, and sacrificial love.
True freedom is not found in serving ourselves, but in serving Christ by serving others. The more we surrender our lives to Him, the more we experience the joy and purpose that only He can give.
Reflection Questions:
-Am I using my freedom to glorify God or to satisfy my own desires?
- How can I humbly serve someone today?
- What area of my life do I need to surrender more fully to the Holy Spirit?
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the freedom You have given me through Jesus Christ. Help me never to misuse that freedom for selfish desires, but to use it to love and serve others with humility. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit so that my words and actions reflect Your heart. Teach me to walk in love each day and bring glory to You in everything I do.
In Jesus Name,
Amen🙏🏻

Allergies occur when the immune system mistakenly identifies a harmless substance as a threat and reacts against it. There are common types of allergies include seasonal allergies, skin allergies (such as itching or rashes), and food allergies. These reactions may be triggered by dust, pollen, certain foods, or other environmental allergens.
Here are a few simple home measures that may help reduce allergy symptoms:
Saltwater Gargle: Gargling with warm salt water may help soothe a sore or irritated throat caused by allergies.
Honey: Pure honey may help soothe the throat. While some people believe it helps with seasonal allergies, scientific evidence for this benefit is limited.
Keep Your Home Clean: Reduce exposure to dust by regularly cleaning curtains, bedding, and other household fabrics. Wearing a mask while cleaning may also help.
Ginger Tea: Ginger has natural anti-inflammatory properties and may help relieve nasal congestion and discomfort associated with allergies.
If you experience severe allergy symptoms, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face or body, or signs of a serious allergic reaction, seek medical attention immediately. It is always best to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment rather than relying solely on home remedies.

The only thing opposite of a winner here is a grown man who sees a post thanking military families and immediately feels the need to troll it with a cartoon.
