He recently completed a Master's degree in Software Engineering in China. Leveraging his expertise and network, Emmanuel aims to advance educational technology, innovate software solutions, lead data analytics projects to enhance educational outcomes in Liberia.

Emmanuel G Dolokelen, a graduate of Starz University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, is a member of Class X of the President's Young Professionals Program. He served his two year fellowship at the Ministry of Education.

Emmanuel currently serves as a Database Administrator, County Coordinator, and Data Analyst in the Ministry of Education Department of Education Management Information System department, where he’s contributing significantly to educational data management and analysis.

Currently, she is pursuing a Master's degree in Comparative Education at Beijing Normal University and actively participates in the International Student Union and Beijing Union of Liberian Students.

Vashta B. Martin is a professional with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Development from Elizabeth Davies-Russell College of Education at William V.S Tubman University.

Vashta has led organizations such as the Young Life Organization and Tubman University Volunteer Movement. She is the founder of the VASH Children Foundation, which supports underprivileged children and aims to establish a Child Care School for physically challenged children.

Alfred has played pivotal roles in revenue management and policy analysis, automating operations and improving data accuracy. He has also contributed to the development of the LRA Staff LPA Loan Scheme application platform and web applications for rural Customs and Tax Business.

Alfred S. Kortu served his 2-year fellowship as a Policy & Data Analyst at the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA). He graduated from the University of Liberia with a BSc in Economics and holds certificates in Leadership and Peace-building from the Kofi Annan Institute.

G. Plason Z. Plakar has acquired practical experience in chemistry education and food chemistry analysis, coupled with his recent studies in future energies. He is committed to advancing environmental sustainability and technological innovation in Liberia and beyond.

G. Plason Z. Plakar served his 2-year fellowship at the National Standards Laboratory(now Liberia Standards Authority). He is a Laboratory Analyst in the Food Chemistry Department as an Internal Quality Officer for the Food Chemistry Department.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Plason holds certificates in Business and Entrepreneurship from the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Center and Histamine, Mycotoxin, and Pesticide Residue analysis from the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA).

His mantra is "Trade, not aid" and he aspires to become a development economist, focusing on trade as a pivotal driver of sustainable growth and poverty reduction. #congratulations

Napoleon N. Williams Jr. is a member of Class X equipped with a BSc in Economics from the African Methodist Episcopal University. He holds a certificate with distinction from the World Trade Organization in the Introduction to the WTO.

Napoleon served his 2-year fellowship as a Trade Officer in the Division of Foreign Trade at the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. He collaborated with technicians on Liberia’s inaugural Trade Policy Review conducted by the World Trade Organization.

Cecelia is committed to advancing geological research, environmental management, and sustainable mining practices in Liberia.

Cecelia Finda Fallah is a Class X President’s Young Professional and served her 2-year fellowship as a Geologist at the Liberian Geological Survey (LGS) within the Department of Mineral Exploration and Environmental Research, Ministry of Mines and Energy.

Cecelia is currently participating in a 10-month International Training Program (ITP 308) focused on Mine Water and Mineral Waste Management, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
