Getting close! We are nearing completion on Frankford House- a building that will provide 42 affordable residential units for seniors on north Ruan Street. This project also includes a wellness center, a library, a fitness center, and a large community room with a kitchen.

Everyone was in a good mood today (despite the weather!) at the groundbreaking for Narberth Square! This is a mixed-use, multifamily building in a great location in Narberth- right on Montgomery Avenue, featuring 25 luxury apartments with retail below.
