FedEx has failed so miserably on one simple delivery to me. I spent an hour on the phone with them and they still got it wrong. They claimed I wasn’t home 4 times, when I was. Guess they delivered to wrong address. 🤷‍♀️

@GavinNewsom I have been on hold for 3 hrs, so far, with the DMV!!All I need to do is book an appointment for my son to take the test for his driving permit. Seems this is one of the only appts you cannot make online. Why the hell not? This is beyond bureaucratic idiocy! Fix it!

I hate Wells Fargo! been on the phone with customer service for over 1 1/2 hrs to just simply verify the charges that were made within one hour, when my purse was stollen were claimed as fraudulent. I have been transferred 9 times and not one customer service rep can help answer
