From our CEO @PaulEremenko and @DaikinApplied Chief Digital Officer Ashish Srivastava in @FortuneMagazine: China graduates 10X more engineers than the US. The op-ed argues that engineering AI agents can help fill the gap, expand engineering bandwidth, & improve speed-to-market.
🚀 Join @P_1_AI as a Member of Technical Staff - Evals. Build & run evals for Archie using Python, CI/CD, LLMs. Shape the future of engineering AGI, working with AI researchers to build benchmarks.

"We are shipping a product in a form factor [customers] are very familiar with: a junior engineer who joins a team, initially does all the mundane, repetitive work... and learns and improves over time." - Our CEO @PaulEremenko sat down with @IntEngineering for a wide-ranging Q&A
In this week's #RadicalReads, @PaulEremenko , CEO and co-founder of @P_1_AI, shares key lessons on deploying engineering AI agentic systems in industrial firms: https://t.co/80sVzeatl8
"China graduates 1.3 million engineers per year, versus just 130,000 in the U.S. We need AI to bridge the gap"

Our very own Silvio Memme argues that "[t]he the West’s push to reindustrialize... is colliding with a hard limit: engineering bandwidth." And AI engineering agents are an essential part of the solution. Link to article in @MachineDesign 👇
Radical Partner @molwelch and @P_1_AI Co-founder and CEO @PaulEremenko break down engineering artificial general intelligence, exploring why AI hasn't previously transformed physical system design and how that's finally changing.
.@P_1_AI we are looking to invent a new interaction model for Archie, our AI engineer. we prize functionalism, density, explicitness, anti-minimalism, verbosity over opacity, and a timeless, unfashionable approach to UI that prioritizes performance and complexity as needed.
we are hiring cracked AI research engineers to join the @P_1_AI team. if you are an A+ player and you resonate with our mission to build an engineering AGI for the physical world, DM me (and also apply at the link below)!
From airplane wings to Dyson spheres, @PaulEremenko explains why physical engineering AI has lagged behind coding AI, and how @p_1_ai's approach to synthetic training data could change everything.
Our CEO, @PaulEremenko, went on @sequoia's Training Data podcast with @sonyatweetybird and @gradypb to talk about engineering AGI for the physical world. Full episode dropping on Tuesday!
really excited to share our first paper: "On the Evaluation of Engineering Artificial General Intelligence"
--> a paradigm shift has occurred in the AI field over the past year - the focus shifted from algorithms to ever more complex and diverse evals and RL environments
--> together with domain experts we've developed in-house an "equivalent" of SWE-Bench but for design engineers who work at industrial oems of the world
--> we informally call it the "Archie IQ" eval
--> we developed a rich taxonomy of evaluation questions spanning from methodological knowledge to real-world design problems
--> we test Archie on very complex design workflows, that encompass design synthesis, evaluation, etc.
proud at the awesome team at @P_1_AI !
