@mckenzielaw Being a Duke season ticket holder, while also being married to a Duke employee, isn’t a conflict of interest? As for the next judge, the NCAA has no appetite for a political appointee weighing in on employee-classification issues. This will be resolved before the next court date.

They measure how each team performed relative to its own, unique opponents. The only actual Miami–ND comparison happened on the field, and that outcome can’t be overwritten.

Also, Syracuse had 9 new starters vs ND compared to Miami.
