2pac fulfils grandmother’s dream with heartwarming tribute
Media personality Lindo Sithole affectionately known as 2pac has captured the hearts of Mzansi after revealing he has built a big house in honour of his late grandmother, fulfilling a promise he made years ago.
Taking to social media, Sithole shared the emotional journey behind the project, describing how the house now serves as a home for family gatherings, especially during significant occasions such as Easter and Christmas.
The gesture has sparked an outpouring of admiration from fans, many commending Sithole for his deep sense of family and commitment to his roots.
Sithole, who was raised by his grandmother Roselina, said he vowed to change the situation at home once he was financially stable. Though no one currently lives in the original family home, the decision to rebuild was deeply personal.
“My life changed the day I decided to rebuild our family home, even though no one was living there anymore,” he shared. “The house holds deep meaning for me because I was born and raised there by my grandmother, Roselina, who loved me so much.”
He added that her words, “uNdo uzo ngakhela umuzi one day” (“You will build me a house one day”), remained with him long after her passing. “I had to fulfill her dream, even though she is no longer with us.”
Sithole’s story stands as a powerful reminder of the lasting bonds of family and the importance of honouring those who paved the way.
