@tpnodl_odisha Customer Care is ignoring OERC rules! Defective 11-yr meter replaced on my 2kW Domestic line (Cons ID: 13211010534, Balasore), but charged ₹60 Meter Rent. Meter rent up to 2kW is WAIVED under MMSBY scheme. Fix this automated billing glitch! @oercodisha

Per Odisha Govt MMSBY Gazette & OERC orders, meter rent up to 2kW is 100% ABOLISHED. Stop using a defective 11yr meter swap to force illegal collections!
