..also @dunkindonuts the fact that I am a loyal customer and I love your coffee and snacks and have a lot of points is the same way Iam truly disappointed in the service. Please train ur employees for better customer service. I truly needed that DD fix but now I dont know anymore

.....the woman next to her to the register. At first I was confused of what was going on. The second lady came and I requested the same thing- w/o any apologies she said "I can't reload". I was confused and asked again she them said "I don't know how to do that @dunkindonuts

@TurkishAirlines good afternoon. I am Valerie Pierre-Louis. My first time flying with you guys was great, however there is a problem. O came from Phuket, Thailand and had a layout in Istanbul then came to JFK.
The problem is when I got my luggage one of the wheels came off.
