@GNRailUK Many thanks for replying to my DM. However I would like to raise this further within your organisation as a complaint as there are issues with the system when a claim in good faith is redacted with no contact.
@GNRailUK - I did not submit this claim as I updated it to be delayed by +29 minutes as I could not board the 08:02 due to overcrowding... why has this changed to under 29mins? Who can I complain to?
@GNRailUK 08:02 from Potters Bar which I could not board. Missed my connection at Euston which was 09:00 and now having to repurchase my ticket for 10:00
