छठे चरण के वोट 25 जून को डाले जाएंगे। आज चुनावी प्रचार का अंतिम दिन है। उससे पहले चुनाव आयोग की कार्यप्रणाली और साख पर सवाल उठ गए हैं। कांग्रेस समेत विपक्ष के कई दलों ने उसके मतदान संबंधी आंकड़ों के जारी करने के समय व प्रोविजनल डेटा व रियल डेटा में अंतर पर शक जताया है। वहीं यह मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी पहुंच गया है। जिसकी सुनवाई शुक्रवार को होगी। वहीं निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा आचार संहिता के संबंध में कांग्रेस को दिए निर्देश पर भी बवाल मच गया है। विपक्ष ने कहा है आयोग बीजेपी को ज्यादा तव्वजो दे रहा है। जबकि बीजेपी ने कहा कि जैसे ही विपक्ष को लगता है कि वह हार रहा है तो वह चुनाव आयोग व इवीएम पर ठीकरा फोडऩे लगता है। दरअसल चुनाव आयोग ने पांचों चरणों के मतदान संबधी अंतिम आकंड़े कई दिनों बाद जारी किए।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सामने फॉर्म 17 C डेटा का खुलासा करने की मांग बड़ी सरल है-

1. 17 C जो फॉर्म है, जिसमें दर्ज होता है कि एक पोलिंग स्टेशन में कितने वोट दिए गए

2. कौन सी मशीन, किस सीरियल नंबर वाली कौन से पोलिंग स्टेशन में लगाई है

3. हर मशीन पर कितने वोट पड़े.. ये सारी बातें चुनाव आयोग अपनी वेबसाइट पर डाल दे

लेकिन चुनाव आयोग ने इस मांग के जवाब में जो कहा है, वह अजीबोगरीब है और एक तरह से कुतर्क है।

चुनाव आयोग का कहना है कि डेटा के साथ छेड़छाड़ होगी, कोई फोटो मॉर्फ कर सकता है। ऐसे तो फिर कोई भी डेटा अपलोड नहीं हो सकता।

चुनाव आयोग का ये जवाब सिर्फ बचने की प्रक्रिया है। जबकि यही डेटा कोई भी चुनाव आयोग को पैसे चुकाकर ले सकता है।

इसीलिए ये दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है और दिखाता है कि चुनाव आयोग का झुकाव एकतरफा है।
