I raised a request to irctc to remove my loyalty account . They forwarded me to SBI. called SBICards they say ask irctc to simply delink the card from the account.

Coming to solve cooling issue without proper equipment
Issue is simple: AC isn’t cooling. Air itself isn’t cold, so room temp won’t drop. Technician kept blaming room size and even inverter AC tech instead of fixing it.

24 May: Technician only cleaned filter, no diagnosis. AC set to 16°C but output was 22°C. Spent 2 hrs checking, then said he’ll return as tech team wasn’t available.
Since then neither the technician or the service center is picking up the call.
