@Hajj_nusuk All the money has left my account. I have surplus funds left so in the account so this is not the case. The Nusuk system has not recognised the payment as soon as it was made. This is an error with your system. I have evidence to show all the money has left my bank.

@Hajj_nusuk@Sym35534568@are_eb What about people who booked, money was taken but the booking has been cancelled? You looking at their situation as well?
@Hajj_nusuk This is the most frustrating experience so far. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for treating potential hajji's in this way. We've been told bookings are opening imminently throughout Ramadan and it has ruined that too!
