Several of our members have received subpoenas for August. The suspect, David Primm, was charged by PSP regarding an incident at our Post in May. @RossGuidotti @WPXIMelanie @WPXI
While our American Legion family is relieved to know charges have been filed regarding our vandalism, we are saddened to learn the defendant is a #MarineCorps Veteran from town. David Primm, Smithton, was charged by PSP Belle Vernon. Primm is a former member of our Post.
