I always emphasis on how important it is to warm up, especially if you are staring #training or had a long period off. Good warm up will help prevent #injury, so you can enjoy your training without any breaks.

Finally back to my temple! It's unbelievable how much I have missed my training.
Done a light push session, finished off with some core exercises. Energy levels are slowly coming back and I already feel so much better.

Inverted back rows, great to build strength & muscles in your back, biceps, forearms, grip & core.
I use these in either my warmup or my last exercise on #pullday to achieve optimal #musclefatigue.

I tend to have problems with my #rotatorcuff, so today taking extra time to warm it up, before my heavy #pullday.
