@GfsFernando@JoyceRookie@meet_selfmade@smarterasp I solved SSL by Reinstalling the certificate using SmarterAsp Control Panel -> SSL Tab -> Select Certificate -> ... (three dots) -> Re-install SSL Cert.
Give it a try.
@technolrg @TendenciaHoyEnX @smarterasp Only wait. I've been dealing with this for 30 hours now. Slowly the services started to work. Still missing a couple of them.
@sdr_10@ojrenteria@Abdulla05507085@nico_bringa@IAmAbhishekLuv@smarterasp I found that once the database is up (checking it with SQL Server Management Studio) the site started working automatically, but only with the temp URL (the one ending with https://t.co/ILvJNk8NF5 or similar). For now we can't use then with SSL (https://). That's my experience.
@Abdulla05507085@nico_bringa@IAmAbhishekLuv@smarterasp It seems all data is intact. Only can run the application thru the temporal URL (https://t.co/H6zbPFSF7O), but it's working.
No access yet thru https://.
Emails have not returned, but we migrated this morning to google accounts.
@nico_bringa@Abdulla05507085@IAmAbhishekLuv@smarterasp We have databases in several SQL Servers. And they are ALL down. This makes me suspicious about their ability to make them run again. It’s almost 24 hours of downtime now. Hope I’m wrong.
