@on_lothianbuses no 200 airport service on past 2 mornings at pennywell cottages at 0317, yet it was showing in the app?! Now £20 down as a result of having to taxi to work instead!

@virginmedia It does and I've followed them, even though they are the same steps I've taken and mentioned in my original post. Channels still scrambled from time to time. Been like this since last Saturday and becomes unwatchable at times
Anyone else in Eh4 area of Edinburgh had an issue with @virginmedia scrambling sports channels constantly since last weekend? Tried switching off/on and resets of box constantly but issue remains!
@virginmedia No outages, service check states box isn't connecting but after switching everything off/on I have everything up and running, just a scrambled service on most channels. Box is only 2 months old after being replaced
@virginmedia I've been on the phone twice in 24 hours to fix the contract I agreed at the end of July, and after speaking with an agent tonight was promised it would be corrected. The new contract I just received is still not correct! Do I need to call again or just switch now?
@virginmedia Shocking customer service. Called after reading the last message, waited 45 mins for an answer, explained the whole thing and was put on hold and then cut off. That's now over 2 hours over 3 nights and a pointless webchat service that you didn't explain was an appointment!
@virginmedia No, I'll be at work. Can you arrange for a call from someone please as currently virgin media are breaching the contract and I have attempted to resolve this at my own expense. Thanks.
