@QueHerself I’m surprised, because there is a DPT shortage. We are always covering shifts at central cause you guys are always short. Being a DPT is challenging especially at central, it’s super busy and high paced. I really like working here at las colinas, and I really like my team.
@QueHerself Even though it pays less now there is room to grow. As a DIA there’s no where to go unless you become a DPT. I hated it at first also but It gets easier. You just have to wait it out. If you can afford the pay cut and it’s better for your mental health, do it.
@QueHerself It’s so hard to get used to the hours. It took me at least 3 years to finally get used to sleeping in the day. Fortunately for me, the hours work perfectly, but this schedule isn’t for everyone. Keep looking but in the meantime try putting in for other shifts.
