For example, if you pour the same carton of broth into a measuring cup, it is likely to measure less than 32 fluid ounces because the broths volume is now being measured instead of its weight.

@kheiden The tamper evidence is provided by a ring that is attached to the cap, also known as a drop band or neck band. The attached ring provides evidence that the cap has not been removed and the carton remains safely sealed.
