@Wise @jimit_shah Getting FIRCs from intermediary banks is a headache..It would be ideal if Wise takes care of procuring it from whatever banks and simply provides an option to download it from account or have it emailed to receiver (wouldn’t even mind paying a small fee for it)..and it’s possible

2 hire for EQ, train for IQ
3 value high rate of learning
4 tell people their work matters
5 be a player-coach
6 feedback in private, praise in public
7 in victory, lead from back
8 in crisis, lead from front
9 communicate intent
