Those are all independent cities within Los Angeles.

Likewise you can't vote for Spencer if you live in Orange County. Sorry 714, you have your own problems and your own mayors to vote for. Just because the Angels think they're cute and think they can slap LA in front of their name, it's actually pathetic.

Hear in LA is about the literal neighborhoods within the city of LA. Those are all serviced by the mayor of LA.
