Here is why I do not believe the #NancyGuthrie kidnapper used a signal jammer. Nest cameras trigger an alert if they go offline because of a lost wifi signal. Although she didn't have a subscription, you still get alerts and that would be in the database file with Nest. The fact that there was any recovered video proves there was a wifi signal that was uploading video to the Nest servers. During a wifi outage Nest cameras still store to the cameras internal storage and then uploads it to the cloud once it gets the wifi signal back, but the kidnapper took the camera with the stored video, so the only way the recovered video could exist is if the wifi was working at the time. I still believe the FBI has additional recovered surveillance. If they do and they are not releasing it then I think that will be the biggest mistake yet in this investigation. #NancyGuthrie

She had a black medium sized rolling suitcase with white ☠️ skulls with crossbones, Apple iPhone 14 navy blue with a cracked back glass with a black case. She also had an Xbox and controller, a few pairs of fleece hello kitty pajamas, black velvet nightgown with lace ribbon and a metal cross bone on the chest, black combat boots, white tennis shoes, black backpack and wears a lot of black eye makeup and possibly a wig. Kylie is into heavy metal music and most popular singers and bands in all genre of music. Kylie’s birthday is October 14 2009 and would be in 10th grade. Kylie is also a very talented artist especially with landscapes and anime, and is a huge gamer. So now we’re learning that the photo of the #NancyGuthrie kidnapper without the gun and backpack was taken on a completely different night.

So he’s clearly aware of the camera. Why even go to that door? He’s not getting through a metal security door without tools. Why not just enter where he actually made entry, disable the camera from her phone, then take it? Or just grab it on the way out so it never captures you in the first place?

Why is the photo from the different night cropped? Is there something outside the frame they don’t want us to see, or is that simply how it was recovered?

Nancy didn’t have a subscription, but she still received motion and door alerts. Did she get an alert the other night, which I’m guessing was January 11?

Since this wasn’t how he entered, and he had already been there before to case the house, it makes no sense that he even approached the door.

The blood drops were not smeared and were not in a pattern that looks like someone moving or being moved quickly. That’s very bizarre. It almost looks staged.

Yesterday, I did an interview with MK True Crime in which I discussed a 4TB hard drive(s) containing security footage from a residence near the home David was living in. Unfortunately, the data on that drive was not recoverable.

Because of the specific type of security system involved, which uses proprietary encryption, the footage must be uploaded to the cloud in order to be retained before removing the hard drive from the DVR. This is a built in security feature unique to that brand. There was a scheduled upgrade to the system weeks after Celeste's body was found and the drive was pulled from the system. This system did not have a need for cloud backup so that was not enabled.

I obtained and took possession of the 4TB drive and worked directly with engineers from the system manufacturer. They attempted to bypass the encryption layer but confirmed it was not possible. They were fully aware of the importance of the data and that it related to this case. However, the encryption is intentionally designed to prevent someone unauthorized from stealing or removing a drive from the system and viewing the files. These systems are commonly used in highly sensitive environments where top secret work is done, which is why the security architecture is so strict.

I am clarifying this because I am seeing inaccurate claims circulating that the drive can still undergo standard data recovery. That is not the case. This is not an ordinary home surveillance system.

The property where the system was located was not occupied at the time. Communication occurred only once from out of state, and the property’s IT team was not aware of the case when they proceeded with the scheduled drive upgrade. This is the actual drive that I obtained. #CelesteRivasHernandez #D4vd

You know he’s the monster among us.

Imagine knowing it’s your own family member and staying quiet.

When he’s caught, he’ll face the full weight of the legal system. In prison, he’ll be removed from society and protected. But the people who knew and didn’t say anything will be the ones walking free, carrying the hatred and judgment of society for the rest of their lives.

This is a screen recording of a live webcam showing the border crossing at 1:45am in Nogales. It's completely dead. Crossing into Mexico is not like crossing back into the US. You do not go through a checkpoint like you do with US CBP. One vehicle out of 25 might get flagged going into Mexico. It's very easy to get someone across the border. Being across the border gives the bad guys many added protections and if they were to release #NancyGuthrie , releasing her at a bus stop in Mexico is much safer for the kidnappers than releasing her in the US. Not considering Mexico as a real possibility would be foolish in my opinion.

It is time for more media attention on the Arizona Adult Protective Services card left on the door at Nancy Guthrie’s home. There are serious inconsistencies in the Sheriff’s explanation yesterday.

According to the Sheriff, law enforcement responded to the residence and began a missing persons investigation. Then a neighbor allegedly contacted APS, even though deputies were already on scene. An APS investigator then reportedly responded that same day, on a Sunday, and walked through what law enforcement has said was quickly determined to be a crime scene.

We are talking about a scene that reportedly contained visible blood evidence and possible DNA on the door itself. The claim is that a civilian APS investigator walked through the bloody crime scene and touched the door and window area to place a business card in the frame, and then exited the same way.

If that account is accurate, it raises serious questions about crime scene control and about the authority a non sworn civilian investigator would have to enter an active crime scene. If it is not accurate, then the public deserves clarification, because it could be significant about things that were happening in Nancy's life.

Either the Sheriff’s timeline is incorrect and the card was already there prior to February 1, or there are substantial training and protocol issues involving investigators at the Arizona Department of Economic Security.

Yesterday, the Pima County Sheriff told multiple media outlets that the card left by an Adult Protective Services investigator was placed on Nancy Guthrie’s door on February 1, the day she was reported missing. According to the Sheriff, the investigator was allowed to walk through a crime scene that included blood evidence on the ground and possible DNA evidence on the door where the abductor reportedly made contact, in order to leave a business card, because a concerned neighbor called the Dept on a Sunday even though law enforcement was on scene.

If accurate, this would represent a serious failure in crime scene preservation. It would also raise questions about protocol and training, particularly since APS investigators are not law enforcement personnel.

I have contacted the head of the Arizona Department of Economic Security @ArizonaDES to ask about APS protocols regarding entry into active crime scenes and to make them aware of the Sheriff’s public statement. I will share any response I receive.

I feel the Sheriff is mistaken. However, if the statement is accurate, it represents a significant breakdown in crime scene control that any defense attorney would likely exploit. #NancyGuthrie

Edit: to be clear I do not believe an APS investigator left a card on the right side of the door where they would have had to walk through and over the blood without smudging the blood with a footprint. I believe that card was there before she went missing. So we are either being lied to by the Sheriff, or if it's true, then what a complete failure to preserve a crime scene and poor training by APS that an investigator enters an acttive crime scene.
