For example, I wasn’t counting the protein from rice, pasta, veggies, sides, fruits, etc. Althought they’re obviously much smaller amounts than your main protein source, they still add up!
Day Mehn idk. Tracking is super helpful to my girlies trying to get more protein. I was grossly underestimating the amount of protein I was eating because when I would guess/estimate, I would only count the protein from my “protein source”.
Day 4. The calories in sauces are insane. Just had chicken fil a and the sauces I had alone were 246 calories. From sauce???? When you add the 120 cals from my sweet tea, that’s 366 cals worth of food without any protein value 😵💫😵💫
I keep telling yall Red Stripe is the only beer bad man drink! Just went to a hot dog spot that's been open since the 1940's and one of only two beers they serve is Red Stripe. Real recognize real!😂
