I've been an extremely loyal and enthusiastic customer of yours for almost 6 years now. For over half a decade, longer than my entire adult life, I've been buying and recommending your products because I knew I could count on them for both quality and consistency. I'm no longer sure if I can keep doing that.

I've had a case of pink megamaxes on auto-ship for (I think) over a year now, and they have been my go-to daily diaper for even longer than that, but with my most recent shipment you've decided to force an objectively inferior product to be what I receive. I tried the USA made megas before and chose to continue buying the more expensive Chinese made ones because they were simply better. The USA megas don't fit the same, they don't feel the same, they don't even look the same. They hold less before leaking, the plastic backing is so thin that the adjustable tapes are only adjustable for 30 seconds before the adhesive starts ripping through and exposing powderized SAP to my bed and floors... The bags don't even open the same way and it's harder to retrieve the product.

Attached is a picture of one of the diapers I pulled from my most recent shipment. Clearly this is not usable, and should never have passed quality control. This is not the only diaper from that bag with an error on the plastic landing strip, but it's the most significant and renders roughly $4 wasted.

The packaging says it was manufactured 12/04/2025 and batch number USPM251203E. With the release of v2.1 and this being made half a year ago, I would hope these issues have been resolved. I don't plan on stopping my auto-shipment yet, but if these issues persist I'm not sure how well I can continue using these products with peace of mind.

The true American spirit isn't forcing people to buy only American made products, it's giving them the choice to spend their money how they want. If you can't replicate the quality of the Chinese made megas on American soil, don't stop your customers from buying the quality they deserve. Almost 25 years of consistency is being flushed down the toilet rather than going into your products.
