I cooked as my mother does for me when I visit her back in Clare. This is lugaw (loo-gow) which is a type of rice congee with chicken, garlic & ginger. Finished with soy sauce, garlic chips, spring onions & black pepper with hard boiled eggs on the side. Its just class #PinoyFood
