Thank you for giving me the chance to talk about mental wellbeing to so many dedicated people who I know will make a difference #RKD5 follow me on @pat_sowa from today https://t.co/vEPb1yUTWT
Powerful & emotional message from @PaddyGriffin2 this afternoon. What an inspirational woman! Thank you Pat - a message for all of us in our care for young people. ❤️
I was privileged to read this incredibly powerful and beautifully written memoir prior to publication. Take My Hand by @KerryFSwayne and @PaddyGriffin2 is a heartbreaking but ultimately optimistic and uplifting read. I can't recommend it highly enough! https://t.co/i3WnNt7vDQ
I cannot tell you how much I related to this, even though it was my son who had cancer. Absolutely brilliant. I wish you a long and happy life @ceineken.
@PAPYRUS_tweets @nyscb @nycc@redkitealliance pls retweet so as many people as possible know this new information hub exists to prevent suicide and self harm. Thank you
“This is the first time students have a really free choice in what they study. It is really important they attend open events, so they can receive support in making the right decisions”

Our staff are very busy doing great things! Mrs Watson is doing the Thames Bridges Trek to raise money @PAPYRUS_tweets a wonderful organisation which supports young people & families in the prevention of Young suicide. Please donate if you can! https://t.co/6940KeuTUk
At the risk of this becoming extremely heated... is anyone else feeling politically homeless with absolutely no party representing them?
I can’t be alone in this, surely.
You don’t have to give reasons or comments but... maybe RT this if you feel the same way.
We welcome today’s announcement that mental health education will be made compulsory in all schools. Congratulations to everyone that worked so hard to achieve this result > https://t.co/hh4HV5Sqhw
I agree- awareness then understanding then action. And sometimes it does need action from others so the more we learn the more we can help https://t.co/9m3zJcOHFB
As much as I’m a huge advocate for opening up conversations about mental health, sometimes more is needed. Sometimes actions are required from other people, sometimes things are out of your control.

Love this from Gareth Southgate. #GrowthMindset
“I've learnt a million things from the day [missed penalty] and the years that have followed it. The biggest thing being that when something goes wrong in your life, it doesn't finish you."
@RealGeoffBarton@HarrogateGS@redkitealliance Geoff, it was great to meet you and share a platform - a privilege for me. I will be polishing my comic & dramatic timing and loved your approach to literacy:the horror and the ripping the I out and the social justice. Still thinking about the missing 30,000 words. Mind the gap.
This is so true. We put so much of ourselves into our work. Sometimes we are held and sometimes we do the holding. This is not soft, it’s productive and humane. Power and Love in leadership #Rdk5@steve_munby https://t.co/lQ4lYKfwtX
