After 5 months of waiting, I contacted Stellantis Customer Care again today hoping for an update or escalation. Unfortunately, I was told I could not speak to the technical team, and the call ended abruptly without resolution.

My Fiat 500e has now been non-operational since December and has been in garages since 25 November. Despite this, there is still no confirmed diagnosis
