Disgraced former Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan resigned from the bench after getting charged with obstruction of justice for distracting ICE agents and helping an illegal alien charged with domestic abuse escape through a back door to avoid arrest.

A federal jury found her guilty of obstruction of justice.

She faced a recommended prison sentence of 15 to 21 months in prison, with a 60-month maximum.

Shamefully, former Democrat politician and current Clinton Judge Lynn Adelman, gave her NO JAIL TIME.

I barely survived what my family did not and expedited asylum is the only reason I'm alive today. I will never go back to Colombia, America is my home. You should not be able to vacation in your home country and return to america, if you were a supposed "refugee." You should have to pick one or the other, not both, because so many of us genuinely fled for our lives and are loyal to the country that opened its arms to us and finally made us feel safe. Tobias "Toby" Forsythe was just 21, a star goalie for the UMass Lowell soccer team with his whole life ahead of him. On Sunday, his life was stolen.

A massive semi-truck driven by Bekhzod Asrarov rammed the back of Toby’s car on I-71 in Madison County, Ohio, killing him instantly.

At the crash scene, the truck driver ripped out his dash cam and hid it in his pocket. He failed his English language proficiency test and state troopers had to use Google Translate to talk to him.

We cannot let truckers like Asrarov, who can't read our road signs or speak to law enforcement, drive 80,000-pound rigs on America’s highways.

I am praying for Toby's family and loved ones after this horrible loss. We will never stop fighting to keep these dangerous truck drivers OFF THE ROAD so no other parents have to endure this unimaginable grief.
