HONK more, WAIT more! Amazing idea implemented by Mumbai Traffic Police to discourage honking unnecessarily, especially at signals. Apart from punishing the honking habit, they can reward good behaviour too, by reducing waiting time to 60 secs, when decibel level drops to 40-50.
