@agodaindia , @omrimorg - Devastated by Agoda’s service, I lost trust and loyalty. My parents , including ten elderly members over 60, stood outside for over 2 hrs despite our booking. Agoda’s outright rejection was a frustrating, unacceptable. Transparency and reliability lack.

@omrimorg The booking IDs details are :- 1) 1915635768 and 2) 1915097054 . We trust you @agoda and book rooms. But hotel property # Shree trilokeshwar guest house didn’t accept our booking and told that the ids are fake and didn’t accommodate. As a result they stood outside

@omrimorg - The services from @agoda is pathetic. My parents stood for more than 2 hours outside and they travel around 20 hrs to visit Ujjain. But neither hotel nor @agoda responded actively. As a result, our relatives of 10 member’s checked other hotel without help form @agoda
