Synodality is difficult esp in the churches without the custom of dialogue/ gachacha/imbizo. Its a necessary antidote to a top down church with excessive clericalism. I dont find synodality easy at all.

@Leon_Schreib As a Marriage officer for the last 24 years who regularly interacts with DHA- how about asking us how to make things better? Your Back Office is horrifically delayed in processing & we are routinely blamed for not submitting when its your processing that doesn’t complete its task
