Hey @porterairlines
What’s wrong with your app? It left my high & dry before security at #YYZ
Could not load my boarding passes. Had to go to your website & add it to my wallet from there.
Not a good look on you.
@Matt_M_Bennett@MaximumK75753@1776theBest@HistorianUSA1 I’ll go back to my 1st post. Moron or troll.
1. Canada>US
2. Fires are not in Thunder Bay. Closest is more than 100km away. Most are further.
3. It’s not my fault you’re not educated enough to understand metric.
Don’t want to be lectured?
Listen to those that know.
@Matt_M_Bennett@MaximumK75753@1776theBest@HistorianUSA1 You complain about others “reading comprehension” but lack basic understanding or geography & distances. The fires are massive, intense & hard to get to. Maybe where you are things are “close to the border” but that’s not how it works here.
@Matt_M_Bennett@MaximumK75753@1776theBest@HistorianUSA1 You are either a troll or a moron. NW Ontario is 22x larger than NH. You have zero clue. “Basically right next to Lake Superior.” I drove this route on Monday, right through some of the fire zone. Same distance between New York & Baltimore. But keep talking out of your ass
Did the wildfire smoke from Canada hurt your feelings? Hang tight—Canada will dispatch you to the next available hurt feelings agent! In the meantime, please fill out your report. Thank you, your reports will be in priority sequence.
🔥🧯🚒 🇨🇦
@repcavitt Another clueless US politician. While no one wants the smoke, you clearly have no idea of the gravity of the situation. How about you come up here & educate yourself? These fires literally exploded in 1 day, fed by high winds & tinder dry forests. So sick of politicians like you
@sarg1961@US_Stormwatch That’s good to hear.
More needs to be done. We don’t have a very good provincial govt right now. They cut the fire fighting budget several times.
People just need to understand how challenging things are in this part of the world.
@sarg1961@US_Stormwatch 2/ I drove this route on Monday. That is the same distance from New York to Baltimore & you can see what it equates to in relation to the area. We live here. We are the ones breathing the smoke & having our communities threatened. It’s very simple when you’re commenting from afar
@sarg1961@US_Stormwatch 1/ It’s clear from your comment that you don’t really have an idea. There’s always more that can be done. There is a huge difference between saying it & doing it. There are immense financial & logistical challenges. “Just make some roads.” Sure.
@sarg1961@US_Stormwatch Just curious, do you have any idea how big NW Ontario is? While those are great ideas, you speak like it’s just a simple thing. We are bigger than the entire state of California with 1/170 of its population with very few major roads. You need to do a bit more research.
@weatherwarsinfo@d_k_Minn@CollinGrossWx There were dry thunderstorms that went through on Sunday. On Monday it was over 40C in places with very strong winds. The fires just exploded everywhere.
It is not arson.
@weatherwarsinfo@d_k_Minn@CollinGrossWx And you claimed “who lit those fires.” Do you have any clue where some of these fires are? Even the ones close to roads are in areas next to impossible to get to. Did someone fly around NW Ontario dropping napalm to start fires? You seriously need to stop commenting.
@weatherwarsinfo@d_k_Minn@CollinGrossWx So you’re located on Colorado & claimed there’s no drought in NW Ontario. Then you post a map from the end of May. Here’s the weather data for Ignace, right in the heart of the fire zone. Less than 40mm of precip for May/June and none in July. It’s fricken dry here!
@weatherwarsinfo@d_k_Minn@CollinGrossWx May 31st data? Really? How about check something more current? It hasn’t really rained in NW Ontario since your map was published.
@JohnAmogdonald@weatherwarsinfo@CollinGrossWx Okay brand new X account. Have you ever been to this area? Do you know what the forest cover looks like. I doubt. Just another troll posting stupid stuff. Blocked
@SkolNorth57@CollinGrossWx Another complete idiot. Do you know how big & remote NW Ontario is? Do you think you can just grab a rake & clear it up? Some of the fires are in areas with zero (that’s 0) road access. Even the fires closer to populated areas are hard to get to.
Give your head a shake!
@weatherwarsinfo@CollinGrossWx You’re either a troll or a complete moron. “There’s no drought across that part of Ontario.” Seriously? I live here. I was out yesterday hiking and it’s scorching hot and bone dry. The bush is like a tinder box.
Maybe educate yourself before posting.
