The world needs to understand that the US, Europe, and Israel represent a collective people who, throughout history, have failed to uphold and adhere to their side of negotiated settlements and treaties.

In fact, their entire military, social, and economic agenda is based on forcing other peoples into agreements and forcing other people to honor their side of such agreements while Europeans completely flaunt and violate the clauses that apply to them.
