The police budget has been growing faster than the others in #Ottawa. It has nearly tripled since 2001, outpacing inflation, population growth and tax increases. It is 5 times larger than Public Healthโs. I will continue to raise these disparities. https://t.co/Cc8tl3pup8
@bechardmel If, as per the article, just 28% of cases were children under 13, parents need to talk to teenagers about safe consumption and risks of supply chain through non-legal means. We all know that being underage doesn't stop experimentation, so parents need to educate, not ignore.
@senstennial@TSN1200@ian_mendes To me, and so many other people, Alfie was synonymous with the Sens. I was at the Sens development camp the day before, and I was asked if I thought he could leave and it wasn't even a question to me. Definitely a defining moment and a huge shift in the organization.
@senstennial@TSN1200@ian_mendes Great episode guys! It's true that all the roster changes in the last few years have sort of pulled focus, but reflecting on Alfie in 2013 I remember just how sad I was (straight up I cried and ate a pint of ice cream) because it had seemed unfathomable that he would leave.
