John Green on J.K. Rowling:

“I think it’s important when we talk about her to talk about the fact that supporting her work now is directly supporting efforts at the erasure of trans people, and that makes me really sad.

I think about all the trans friends I have who have Deathly Hallows tattoos,” Green continues, “and how heartbreaking it is for them to have someone who created something that matters so much to them really betray them.” Will he watch HBO’s upcoming 'Harry Potter' show? “No. No. No.” https://t.co/x9tPiuEGpV

:o I was today years old when I learned that @jimmybuffett 's A White Sportcoat and a Pink Crustacean is (probably) a play on of A White Sportcoat and a Pink Carnation (Marty Robbins) thanks to @TylerMahanCoe and #CocaineandRhinestones. Did you know, @ParrotheadPod ???

@AlexPenname This delightfully bizarre story just fulfilled my "read a short story" prompt in my 2022 reading challenge. 😅

[Paige Reitz @PaigeR1989]

@ParrotheadPod I wonder if one of these songs was the "song I penned in '81, still keeps my dream afloat." 🤔🤔🤔

You would think FB being down would help my productivity. It does not.
