I’ve had a lot going on behind the scenes lately, and I'm ready to start sharing it with everyone here.
While I will continue working with MFG on @GrayZoneWarfare on the PR side, I’m also now working on a number of indie projects. I’m still very involved and will keep supporting the game as we move forward. As always, you can reach out to @DevilDogGamer for creator needs.
Over the past few months, I’ve been working more closely with several indie teams. It really hit me how many strong games are out there that just need the right push, and it’s something I enjoy being a part of.

It was a refreshing experience with hints of nostalgia. Had a blast with it.
I’m interested to see what the longevity will be and if the player base adopts it for the long haul.

Absolutely hooked on this update.
It feels like we actually get to experience the world the developers created, and not just spend hours going back and forth on Helicopters.
There is always work to be done but I appreciate the dev team listening.

@FPSBoomerYT Would also like to see there be a “loot timer” went to an uncontested COP last night, took it over, and found some old bodies cuz I only faced AI. Got an aggressor status for looting a body of someone that wasn’t even online anymore. 🤷🏼♂️
@FPSBoomerYT Larger conflict radius around COP’s and puts the whole COP on high alert. During high alert if you die and go to respawn there you have a respawn timer.
Acting on Your Feedback
We’ve been closely monitoring reactions to the #WindsOfWar Early Preview and are already making adjustments based on your input to improve the final release build.
Key Changes:
🔸 Radio Operator announcements about Combat Outposts and Combat Zones will be limited by radius and tuned down when on a helicopter or in a coma.
🔸 Players can no longer spawn at contested COPs. A COP is considered contested if NPCs are alerted to enemy presence or if any are waiting to respawn.
🔸 Armbands will now include IR-reflective material, making them visible through NVGs.
Other improvements include fixes to scopes, VRAM leaks, and more.
