What an incredible way to wrap up this chapter!

A huge thank you to @ILSelect2030 -my teammates for welcoming me in, and the coaching staff, especially Coach Joe and Coach Mya, for your guidance, encouragement, and support over the last month. You helped me finish on a high note and, most importantly, helped me rediscover my love for the game.

Raw feelings. Real honesty.

Everyone loves to post the highlights—the wins, the great moments, and the successes. But today was hard.

The emotions were high, the elements were tough, and simply put, I just didn’t have it in the circle.

One of my favorite quotes from Coach Kara Lawson came to mind:
“Things never get easier. What happens is we learn to handle hard better.”

Today wasn’t the outcome I wanted, but growth doesn’t only happen on the good days. Sometimes the hard days teach the biggest lessons
