Ayesha Begum, a resident of Nagaland, has alleged that Rahul Yadav of Jokihat, Araria, contacted her through Instagram and entered into a romantic relationship with her.
According to Ayesha, the two remained in a relationship for around nine months and later got married according to Hindu rituals. She alleges that during the relationship she was subjected to physical abuse and that Rahul has now refused to live with her.

Rahul's family, on the other hand, has alleged that Ayesha did not bring dowry. Rahul has also made allegations against Ayesha regarding her past, which have not been independently verified.

Dehradun, Uttarakhand | June 24: At the Amar Ujala Dialogue, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that madrasas promote a “500-year-old mullawadi and radical mindset” while referring to the dissolution of the Madrasa Board. He claimed that over 250 allegedly illegal madrasas have been shut down and accused them of misleading children and encouraging “anti-national” activities.
Dhami added that his government is working to preserve the state’s “divine character” and “original identity,” and said action against illegal encroachments is necessary to maintain demographic balance and safeguard the future of children.
