My friend was scheduled for a surgery yesterday, he arrived at the hospital waited the whole day without food nor water because he was told not to eat prior the surgery, eventually he got admitted

To have the surgery today but guess what ? The doctor lied instead of coming to work it he took leave and today he was sent home without having his surgery done, this is a disgrace to make matters worse I attempted to call the hospital and the phone rings without being attended
