Rozan team is super excited for this collaboration with @MHPSS_PK@PlanComPakistan
We look forward to learn from an exceptional community of practice and contribute. Thank you so much @AsmaHumayun for your kind words and continued support. @rozanoffice@HelplineRozan
Be kind to yourself, indulge in self care this weekend.
Do something that makes you happy. It can be anything from sleeping in, to eating your favorite meal, to going for a nature walk, to pampering yourself with beauty care, to meditating.
Focus on yourself!!!🌻
Suicide is a mental health issue, not a crime. It is the states responsibility to provide awareness and access to mental health facilities.
Draconian laws like section 325 should be repealed.

If you ever have to complain again (we sincerely hope you don’t), follow the same procedure but also get in touch with @DigitalRightsPK. They will follow up with FIA and make sure the proper procedure is followed.
Digital harassment and cyber-bullying are increasing in Pakistan. If someone is harassing, bullying or blackmailing you online, you can easily report them to FIA.
