Official Spokesperson of the Sudan People Liberation Movement in Opposition and former National Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, South Sudan
The AU's decision to appoint Special Envoy on South Sudan's political and security crisis is a positive step towards restoring peace in RSS. This action will perhaps enable AU to act. Congratulations to H.E. Dr. Abdiwali on his appointment as AU's Special Envoy to South Sudan.
The ongoing grinding genocide of Balanda ethnic group in WES by Juba regime & its proxies constituted war crimes & crimes against humanity, a misery & tragedy imposed on innocent people. The culprits of these heinous acts will not escape justice. It's a matter of time.
SPLM-IO remains intact, undivided, and formidable. The impression that we are divided is absolutely false and misleading. Hon. Stephen Par is an individual coerced into aligning with the SPLM-IG. He can not be equated with the SPLM-IO Movement.
Forced eviction of the family of Gen. Tut Thuoch from their home is gross human rights violation. Dr. Benjamin Bol's power game is alienating. Wanting to become president is not to rob but to serve. Return this home to the family. Justice prevails.
We are aware that individuals within the region & Peace Mechanism are regurgitated with either Tumaini talk or Museveni's S.Sudan's leadership retirement plan, which is a diversion of attention. What is needed now is unconditional release of the detenees &cessation of hostility.
It is unjust to talk about the R-ARCSS and not about the ongoing genocide of the Nuers killed by the regime and Ugandan mercenaries.
What the Nuers are undergoing is the like of Rwanda's genocide, Holocaust and other atrocities committed in the past.
Justic will prevail.
To stop darkness, hell, chaos and disorder descended on South Sudan by SPLM-IG and its allies, the international community must toughen arms embargo, swiftly impose more sanctions on the Government and indict its tribal warmongers in order to return calm and stability to S.Sudan

The Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation was not informed about the price increase of the truck tankers' water. It was a unilateral decision by the acting mayor & I directed yesterday the CES authorities to revoke the order and revert the price back to the previous prices.
